What is your Return Policy?
Size issues or exchanges: Due to the nature of our shop we are unable to offer refunds for size issues, buyers remorse or exchanges. Please be sure to carefully check the size chart and review your order before putting the transaction through.
Misprints, Damages or Defective items: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to email@example.com within 25 days after the product has been received with a photograph of the defect on the item. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Your email must include:
- photos of the issue (for damage claims)
- your name
- your order number
If your email does not include these items, we cannot guarantee we will be able to submit a claim with the fulfillment company on time and may not be able to provide a refund.
